What began in 1938 as a modest bicycle repair shop in Arnhem has now grown into a nationally operating company with more than 500 employees. Over the years, we have specialized in the sale of bicycles, parts, and accessories.
In 2012, we successfully launched our webshop, Mantel.com, and not long after, we opened our first Superstore, followed by multiple locations and service points throughout the Netherlands. We have spread our wings across Europe with our international webshops.
Since 2016, our office has been located in Arnhem, and all assembly and logistics activities take place in our modern facility in Oosterhout. Together, we ensure that every customer can get on the road satisfied and safely. And we're far from finished with our ride!

Warehouse Operations Manager
The operational linchpin of our logistics center. Jan has been working at Mantel since 2015, where he has grown from various logistics roles. Thanks to this broad, practical experience, he knows the daily operations from A to Z. His in-depth knowledge of the processes enables him to continuously guarantee and optimize the efficiency and reliability of our warehouse.
Lead Software Architect
The architect behind Mantel's technological success. Anton has been the driving force behind the development of our platform since June 1999. His mission is clear: building a “unified commerce platform” that ensures a leading customer experience. His years of experience are the reason our platform is scalable, reliable, and has been developed entirely in-house.
Business Development Manager
Simon has been working at Mantel since 2008 and has grown from a part-time role to his current strategic position. From 2012, he was already involved in setting up the online platform, where he was responsible for the online strategy and revenue growth. His broad experience, from Product Management to Sales strategy, makes him the ideal partner to achieve commercial success.
